I first heard this album sitting in an airport hotel in Amsterdam. I had never heard of the band, but happened to hear it on TV as they broadcasted a taped show, and within five minutes had bought the album online and am forever grateful. This album also got me to make my very first, and only, Facebook post! If you love simple, yet profound, acoustic music, this is your album. I love it for it's accented English, clean acoustic guitar, beautiful voice and lyrics. If any band deserves to make it, it's Russian Red.
